I cannot recommend Alejandro enough! Apart from providing efficient, challenging workouts that helped me achieve my desired results, he was always willing to accommodate my schedule. He provided ample flexibility when it came to structuring the routines and I felt very the supported in meal planning and nutrition. I have been a member at gyms, taken specific classes and even had a trainer work with me before, but after committing to Alejandro’s plan, working out now feels like something I truly do for my own physical and mental health that will always be part of my life - not just a New Years resolution that falls by the way side. Alejandro is a fine trainer. I was referred to him in my late 60s. Alejandro coached me to a good level of fitness and well-being. I even gained muscle, something hard to do at my age. I previously found exercise boring. Had repeated gym memberships I never used. Instead, with Alejandro's coaching, I came to enjoy it. Excellent coach! Very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. His style is more about adapting the plan to your needs and lifestyle (aka. will power lol) than forcing anything that you might end up hating the process. The other positive is that he has done most of the diets/routines he recommends, so he knows the pros/cons on each. and what will work on your specific case. I recommend him without hesitation.
